HI, DOES ANYONE KNOW if i can request a video call into a telephone call, last year i had a telephone call and never found out as i stopped claimed UC
this is a new case (for this year)
they cancelled my video assesmernt as i couldnt make the date and i asked if they could send the next one just on telephone
do u think they'll listen? anyone got any expierence with either?

I don't know if it's possible to ask for it to be a video call during the assessment itself. If you prefer this then i'd advise you to ring the health assessment providers to ask for a video call instead.

ah i got a video assesement, i want a telephone instead as it would be easier everywhere i am, whereas with a video i have to be at home and i have alot of hospital appointment so sitting in my car on th phone in fine over having to have my laptop and video switched on0

Sorry, i miss read your question. Hopefully the next appointment will be a telephone one. There's been some members that had an appointment for a video call but then rang to request a telephone one and that's what they got.
