Good Morning, when I phoned today was told a decision on my mandatory review request has been made yesterday but that she couldn’t see it. Was told to wait for the letter. I thought it would show on the screen ?

It takes 24 hours for PIPCS (their computer systems) to update so it's highly likely the decision would of just been made.1

I phoned again and was told refused on both parts … so next stop tribunal0

So sorry to hear that you didn't get the outcome you wanted @Rainbow116
I hope the community can continue to be a support for you whilst you go through the process. How are you feeling about it?0 -
I’m not great, signed off work with anxiety, depression suffering from ptsd from domestic violence, whilst expecting a 3 year wait for a full knee replacement .. and need op on other knee, osteoarthritis in both knees and severe pain. Steroid jabs not touching it anymore. I feel about 90 … Having counselling multiple times a week. Gave supporting info from my support/counselling people but still it wasn’t enough. I scored 6 points daily living and 4 points for mobilityHannah_Scope said:So sorry to hear that you didn't get the outcome you wanted @Rainbow116

That’s terrible! Did you score yourself on the pip form you can do to get a points total?1

I'm glad to hear you are getting counselling and have someone to talk to. We are all here too

Have you got any idea when they will be able to do the knee operation? When I was waiting for surgery, I called my surgeons secretary and asked if they had a cancellation list. Is that something you think they would have?
Have you reached out to Citizen's Advice? They would be a great support with tribunal.1 -
I spoke to doctors today and she said it’ll be more like a 6 year wait 🥲 can’t even get thru to my consultant as lines so busy. I will speak to CAB soon when mind less overwhelmedHannah_Scope said:I'm glad to hear you are getting counselling and have someone to talk to. We are all here too

Huge waiting list on NHS … I went to see private consultant and he wanted £15,000 sadly it wasn’t covered by my medical insuranceHannah_Scope said:6 Years! do they say why the wait is so long?0 -
@Rainbow116 Is there another hospital nearby that could take on the surgery? I remember some surgeries at my hospital were passed to others where possible because of the covid backlog.1

Not that I know of noHannah_Scope said:@Rainbow116 Is there another hospital nearby that could take on the surgery? I remember some surgeries at my hospital were passed to others where possible because of the covid backlog.0 -
That is gutting @Rainbow116
Is this something you feel comfortable talking to the NHS about, in case they are aware of something you are not?
