Hello there @Tch and thanks for your query. To help other members share their thoughts, I've just edited the title of your post and popped it into our Aids and Equipment category.
Can I ask what you're hoping to register it for, just so that I understand more fully?0 -
Hi Alex it’s a class 3 scooter and I have been told to use it on the road I need to register it

Okay @Tch thanks for explaining, that makes sense. It might be helpful to contact Green Power directly, and they might be able to source a manual or similar information for you.0

@Tch I am a bit confused on your question to be honest. Well not so much confused, but I am confused.
Firstly, if you brought it brand new then all those details should have been given to you on purchase.
If you brought it second hand, then really the seller of the scooter should have provided you with registration etc.
It is like a car document, the seller fills in his/her part and the owner sends their part off.
If you did buy it second hand, and you did not get any paper work from it, you have to make sure that it was not stolen.
A quick artificial intelligence search suggests that it is under neath the seat. However, do not quote me on that, but if you have a look hopefully you might find it.
@rob1961 you can find all the information you need to know on the Green power website if you do a search for it.
I have heard a lot of bad things about the company, and you should look at Trustpilot and have a look at the reviews before purchasing.
However, it is an 800w motor, range is 45 miles however you should never listen to that, I have a scooter that is supposed to do 55 miles, batteries drain over time, so performance goes down. You are supposed to charge them after each use to preserve the battery, but on some scooters if you have to charge outside that is sometimes not possible such as rain.
As you do get ones that are lithium batteries and can charge in home, I would be very careful in relation to possible fires, always make sure that you try and charge in a safe place and remember that even if you put a fire out on the batteries, then they can relight again.
