On the 1st may. Dwp did not. Responded to. It. It's now 57 days. Now still no word
They said two weeks ago it's with. Legal. Officer. Still no update

Sounds perfectly normal to me, as i advised on your other threads. They rarely respond by the deadline. HMCTS will extend that and if they still don't respond nothing happens, the hearing will just continue as normal. They will eventually respond.

I had a Tribunal where it was up to the DWP to submit proof that I received their pamphlet outlining what changes need to be notified. The DWP were given ample opportunity by the Tribunal Judge but still there was no response from the DWP. The Tribunal accepted my version of the events and without any evidence to the contrary being sent by the DWP, I won the case - a large overpayment was stated that it could not be collected by the DWP.0
