I have typed the replies to the questions in each section on a separate sheet of A4
is it acceptable for me just to write in each box please see attached information ?
As the responses will not fit in the boxes
Thanks

I'm sure that would be okay @Harleyqueen, hope the rest of your application goes okay! Keep us updated with how you get on as and when1

Hello HarleyqueenYou can write in the activity boxes "See additional sheets pages x of xx for activity x (name of pip activity)" It is a good idea to give every additional sheet a page number in the format of "Additional Sheets Page 1 of 22" for example so then the assessor know what page to look for and it lets them know that there is more than one page for them to read through for the application form. Make sur you include the PIP Activity Title of the PIP activity question for each additional sheet. Make sure that you include you name and national insurance number of the top of all additional sheets and copies of medical evidence you include with your application form.Hope that helpsNasturtium1
