Hi all can someone put my mind at rest .I've been waiting for my review for nearly a year and half .I just had a text saying your reward review is complete  . And not to phone as they can't tell me decision have anyone else had this and if so how long after do it take. Thanks. X

    You will have had a paper-based assessment, this can be seen as a good thing. You will receive a letter this week explaining your award and any potential changes.

    Hello Karen hope your well I've been waiting for my review assell for 1 year and 2 months aswell I had a text like that a few days ago I have hope evreythings okay

    What I meant was I've had my review over a year ago aswell and had a text like yours a few days ago
