PIP application (additional evidence)

Hi all, I’ve posted on here a couple of times. Probably my anxiety getting the better of me. I submitted my PIP application online 3rd May.
I have severe hearing loss and wear hearing aids in both ears. Part of my original submission I provided a copy of my audiology report. However, I felt I had rushed the process and did not provide as much details as I should have to accurate explain how my condition affects me against the different descriptors.
As my case is still in the queue to be picked up by IAS (independent assessment service), i asked DWP to send me a copy of what I had submitted online (strangely unable to view this via their portal). I received my app this morning and as suspected I haven’t include much information. I have since subsequently provided more detailed information against the different descriptors as additional evidence.
Can anyone clarify is this okay to do? Will the assessor look at the additional information? Or will they go by the original submission? I am hoping as I’ve submitted the evidence prior to anyone even being assigned my case that everything will be reviewed.
