Hi, has anyone returned to work after ill health retirement?

Ill health retirement - I've had top tier ill health retirement for 6 years now and understand the Civil Service Pension Scheme may review me 5-yearly. I'm thinking of returning to work part-time as I couldn't undertake full-time work and very much would like to be a Civil Servant once again.  Has anyone been down this path before and able to offer any advice of their journey? Thank you.

They can assist in identifying the appropriate form of part-time employment that suits you.   

    Familiarise yourself with the specific rules and guidelines of your Civil Service Pension Scheme regarding ill health retirement and returning to work. It is crucial to understand any limitations, requirements, or implications for your pension.

    Contact your pension scheme administrators to discuss your plans. They will be able to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information about your pension and how returning to work might impact your benefits.
