Hi guys, I had my PIP Tribunal adjourned on the 11th April, it was to collect medical evidence. I had until the 9th of May to send evidence in, which I have done.
I’m wondering how long adjournments typically take? I can’t find anything on the topic and I don’t know how long I should expect to wait, all it says on the letter is “the first available date after 09/05/2023”
Thank you
Thank you

There's no timescales for this. It will depend on the backlog in your area. You can contact HMCTS and ask them how much longer they think it will be but this will just be a guide.

Sorry it isn't better news @Cammatia1 but I hope that HMCTS are able to help give you a clearer timescale for your area.0
