The man said my case worker isnt working today all he could tell me was a decision has been made but it couldnt progress as they didnt have any bank details for me so i gave him them over the phone does this mean its a good sign or am i just getting my hopes up? If a decision has been made then it takes up to 24 hours for it to show on the system. As they can’t see what the decision is then I would say the bank details question was just to check what they are.
If you ring back tomorrow afternoon and they can see what the decision is they maybe able to tell you.0 -
