My partner won his tribunal, and has been told that the dwp have been informed of the outcome and his case is with a case manager now.
what is there role and what’s next?

They will first contact him to ask if he's been in prison or hospital. Once that is done the award will be put into payment and the money that's owed will be paid about the same time. All of this can take anywhere up to about 8 weeks.
