Hi I have had my video assessment last Thursday 8th June just wondering how long will dwp receive the report as I'm really anxious about it because the video assessment kept crashing through it then ended up having fine call for the last 15mins of it so I can ring up for a copy of the report thank you

Sometimes the same day, sometimes longer. If it’s in audit then considerably longer.Please be aware that requesting the report very often causes a huge amount of extra stress and anxiety (even if the report is good) so it’s not always a good idea to request it.It’s not the decision, it’s a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly go with it, it has been known for them to to go against it.0
