Hello my mom said i have pip shes not letting me have any of it she isnt even letting me get a bank card im 18 my stepdad said shes using my pip on her rent i feel like im being used for my pip she has never gave me a penny of my pip

I am so sorry to hear that you feel your PIP isn't going towards needs, you would like to use it for. I would encourage you to sit down and talk to your mum about it. If you feel you are still not being listened too, I think reaching out to Citizen's Advice for additional support could be helpful.

If your mum is your appointee and she's not using the money in your best interests then you can contact PIP to tell them this and ask them to remove her as an appointee. https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/removing-an-appointee/
