Can you get LCWRA for anxiety or an anxiety disorder?

I was discussing with a friend whether we thought anxiety or depression was worse. We feel anxiety is crippling but so can depression. 

But can you get LCWRA for anxiety or an anxiety disorder?

  It's not awarded based on any diagnosis. It depends on how those conditions affect you. As you've already been found to have LCWRA anyway, then it's a moot point.
