Hello @DD91
I'm sorry to hear you have had such a long wait. Is there anyone that could call on your behalf?0 -
I have a date for my tribunal it’s 24th July and I have to go to Edinburgh! My stepmums tribunal was 5 minutes down the road from me why wouldn’t I get there!? But at least I have a date now0

@DD91
Hi I hope you’re doing ok as I know how stressful waiting on a tribunal can be.
Why not phone the Assesment provider and ask if you can have one done nearer you. It’s worth a try just explain the difficulties it’ll cause if it’s not changed.
Good luck1 -
It’s a Tribunal so they will need to ring HMCTS and not the assessment provider. The only issue about changing the place is that they could be waiting longer for another date.Lou67 said:@DD91

No problem. It’s easily done, I’ve done it myself without even thinking. XLou67 said:Oh yes sorry about that thanks Poppy.1 -
