Many years ago 1993 I tried university in England but couldn’t cope due to undiagnosed autism ect back then but confirmed anxiety ect I think in 2008 I asked student finance Wales for help but was refused because I had funding in England When I attempted twice to do my foundation coarse so from what I remember I had a loan in 1993 and another attempt in 94/95 I cannot remember when now my autism diagnosis has finally been confirmed this year can I now get financial and practical support to study in Wales as i would like the opportunity if possible any advice please

I think the best thing for you to do is contact the Disabled Students helpline and they will give you all the advice you need. https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/disabled-students-helplinePlease also be aware that if you're claiming means tested benefits like UC then any student maintenance loans that are available to you will affect your benefits, even if you decide not to take that loan.
