    Have been reading all this about lcwra my husband is disabled sent back the uc50 form in late November 2022 and still have had any reply is there a long wait thanks if anyone can help

    There are delays with work capability assessments in some areas. He will most likely need an assessment which are mostly by telephone. Some are face to face or video call. 

    The assessments are done by Health Assessment Advisory Service. He can contact them directly to ask for an update. Details here https://chdauk.co.uk/about-us/contact-us/

    Hi thanks for the reply, he put a note on the uc journal and the reply was they had no update we in the 7th month now

    The assesssment itself isn't anything to do with UC so i'm not surprised they had no update. They are completed by the Health Assessment Advisory Service.
    See link i posed above with details how to contact them. However, there are delays in some areas with the assessment waiting times.
