Supported Living search for our young adult in Cheshire

Looking for advice, signposting & ideally provision places for our soon to be 19 lad with special needs; ASC, ADHD, PDA, ARFID etc...
Support & availability of anywhere seems to be lacking.
I've been advised to contact Scope, Mencap & the Priory group,  but anywhere/ anyone else to try would be a great help

    Hello there @HW19 and welcome, thank you for reaching out. To help others find your post more easily, I've just popped it over into our Children, Parents, and Families category. 

    It might be worth looking into Scope's Family Services, particularly Navigate who can help with emotional support, though this must be for parents of a child under 18 years old. 

    The National Autistic Society can provide transition support to young autistic people and their families on making the transition from school, further or higher education to adult life.

    They can: 
    • offer information, advice and support by phone or email 
    • explain rights and entitlements in relation to transition planning, including education, social security benefits and community care in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
    • provide information on requesting assessments and accessing support within the community 
    • help young autistic people and their families explore their options and make informed decisions 
    • provide guidance and support on specific issues such as engaging young people, finding suitable provision or resolving disagreements. 
    Additionally, it might be useful to search for support using their Autism Services Directory.
