Proportional assessments for severe disability PASD

Does anyone have any experience of this on their medical report?.
I was on standard daily living with a 3 year review. Last year I felt unwell (but had no diagnosis) and put in a change of circumstances with 10 additional a4 typed sheets with more info in addition to comprehensively filling out the form. It was refused and I appealed (ongoing).  Early this year I got a diagnosis. I done another change of circumstances and I sent in my diagnosis letter with no other information except an instruction to look at previous change of circumstances. Capita never called or contacted me, I got the text to say dwp have their medical report and I rang for a copy last week and have now recieved it. The health professional says it was completed using proportional assessments for severe disability process with a recommendation of enhanced for both with no review ever. Dwp always say it is not based on diagnosis so how likely is it they will agree or disagree with the recommendation, has anyone had anything similar. I know I could have a wait of a month for the decision so trying to gauge whether this will be my outcome or if another MR/appeal is on the horizon. Thanks
