LCWRA, invited for a Jobcentre appointment

I was granted LCWRA on the 21st feb 2022, today I received a message from a work coach and an appointment for just over a weeks time. I’ve received no notification of my LCWRA claim coming to an end, no review, nothing. I’m now panicking. I tried ringing the universal credit helpline and they were useless, just told me to wait said they were certain I would get a reply eventually, I’ve messaged the work coach asking for clarification as to wether my claim has ended. I have no idea what to do, can anyone give me any advice on wether this is likely to be a mistake or someone I can contact to get clarification.

LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise. You don’t need to attend any appointments.1

I did think this was the case, does this mean it was likely a mistake? Thank you for taking the time to reply.1

I’ve heard they are offering appointments to those that were found to have LCWRA to attend their local job centre for support. I have no idea if this is related to that but you don’t have to attend any appointments.1

It says ‘work search review This is to check what you're doing to meet your commitments and agree next steps to increase your chances of getting work or earning more.‘
Considering one of the reasons I’ve been awarded LCWRA is that I can’t leave my house it seems confer productive haha! Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease, you’re awesome1 -
It sounds like a mistake but you need to contact them. If you simply fail to attend that may cause you problems.1

You may not receive a reply because the member hasn't been active since Feb. You do not need to attend appointments because you were found to have LCWRA. Put a message on your journal to remind them.
