    Interesting, but a real pity that he focussed almost exclusively on legs and being able to walk and even described CP as being a problem with brain messages getting to his legs.  Yes, for him, and the woman he spoke with...but it would have been a more accurate picture if he had actually at least mentioned  the other aspects and effects of CP, and maybe spoken to someone with a different presentation.
    In the end I suppose it was his personal view, but a shame he didn't at least clarify that spastic diplegia is not the only type (the medic woman alluded to that, but no detail)

    You sound like an excellent advocate @forgoodnesssake! As you say, maybe taking into account the more holistic picture could have made this even better  :(
