Hello i would like some advice i was awarded this 2 years ago since then i have developed a medicail condition that has stopped me working and being lefted unable to now work how do i go about getting re assessed i informed the dwp in my journal  last year of my medical health change but have heared nothing i have been asking for the last couple of weeks but still nothing any advice would be great thanks

    You need to report a change of circumstances and then click "health condition" you will then need to report a fit note within 7 days of that and continue to send them without any gaps until the decision is made.

    I havnt worked for over  2 years and with my last award i was told i didnt need to send in sick notes my dr wont surply them as im not working i reported this change last year but it wasnt picked  up by a agent so nothing was done

    This is not a new claim its a ongoing issue

    Part of the process when you report a change of circumstances for a health condition is another fit note is needed. Already being found to have LCW will make no difference.

    When you reported it last year did you put a message onto your journal?

    Yes i put it in my journal and i reported it to my work coach i have put a sick note in when they asked me to this week but still nothing

    In a previous comment you said you couldn’t get a fit note (sick note)

    I said that i havnt had to send in a sick note for over 2 years but i asked this week if i can have another assessment and they asked for a sick note the dr gave me one but said that i couldnt get more as im not working so dont need them
