Hi guys, I received my pip award text message on Thursday 29th of June and still haven’t receive my award a week later. Should I be worried or does this happen normally as I see people are receiving payments a few days later?

    Hi 
    is it from a tribunal award ? I know it’s 3 to 5 working days for it to go into your account if it’s back payment

    Arrrh ok . Sorry mine was from a tribunal win got the text tues am saying I had been awarded PIP I rang them and said I would get my back pay on the 10th July .

    I’m the same I had text Tuesday and I’ve not received letter yet been told back payment can arrive before letter this correct

    I called them today and they said they had the dates mixed up. I was supposed to be backdated from November last year and they put November this year. Hopefully it’s all sorted now,
