Hi all yesterday the automated dwp ladies said I be getting £380 on 2nd august does they mean finally a payment I am still awaiting the payment letter I understand they busy but dwp omg 😂

The automated payment line has been known to give incorrect information so you shouldn't rely on this. Usually you'll receive the money they owe you first and then the decision letter after that. Your 4 weekly payment will then start after that.
