PIP

Hi, my daughter submitted a claim back in April for PIP, she is 16 and has autism. She suffers from panic attack and anxiety. She didn't hear anything for months. A week ago, she received a phone call from DWP, stating they just needed some extra information as to how her disability affects her and that she didn't need to come in for an assessment. She recieved a call 2 days ago from DWP again from the case manager, she just asked her to confirm her personal information and after she was told that she will receive a letter in the post. What does this mean? Thank you.
