Just been awarded LCWRA.
it’s been 5 months since I provided a fit note when should any back pay I’m entitled to be due? Thanks iN advance

You haven't given any information for me to be to advise when it's paid from. I will need to know the answers to these questions.What date exactly did you first report your health condition/send your first fit note?What date do you usually receive your money each month?0

That means your waiting period will be March to June... LCWRA starts from assessment period 20th July to 19th July and first payment will be 26th July. No LCWRA element is owed. You will need to check your statement this month when you receive it to see if the element has been included.

No LCWRA element is owed. If you were receiving earnings from working and you didn't previously have the work allowance then they may owe you some money from this.
