I’m currently on ESA income related/support group my pip has been taken over by Scotland im to report a change of circumstances to esa is that going to now generate a universal claim im so worried as this change is through no fault of my own government gave us to 2028 please advice thanks

What change of circumstances are you reporting? If the ADP award is the same as what the PIP award was then there's no changes to report and it will save a phone call. It's not a change of circumstances that will prompt a move to UC.
