I'm an Independent Benefits Advisor, I now do this as a hobby and have helped thousands of claimants over the last 20+ years. I used to be a generalist advisor with the Citizen's Advice Bureau back in the 1990s, but due to a change in my personal circumstances I had to leave, although I still have the advisory skills needed to help others.
