Hi all
been on uc since 13th march first payment was 19th april got given lcwra on 6th of july first payment of that is due on 19th of august is that correct? or should of it started july 19th?sick notes started on 6th April and ongoing since will there be back payment ?not getting a lot of sense on journal or replys thanks

19th August is correct. This is because the waiting period is 3 full assessment periods. Had you reported your health condition when you first claimed and provided a fit note within 7 days of that then first payment would have been 19th July.0

The LCWRA isn’t paid at all during the waiting period. Your first payment isn’t until August so no money is owed for the LCWRA element.
If you were receiving any earnings and didn’t previously have the work allowance then you maybe owed some money for that. If no earnings were received there will be no money owed.0 -
