I have sleep apnea and work ,I am 55 years of age and have controlled type 2. Diabetes. I work in a public office and when it’s quiet I sometimes dose off and never in front of a customer. I work in a typical office with no ‘ open windows ‘ and hardly ever do we agree on a suitable temperature. My employer knows that I have sleep apnea and they have never complained on my work, however, my work ‘ friends ‘ find it amusing and find it funny to take photographs and videos of me which has happened twice in the past and posted it online and to other work colleagues . I suffer from depression which I can just about manage and I find that I am being ridiculed and discriminated against althouh I am capable of doing my job.. My managers know about this but do not take it seriously. What do I do

Hi @gdhm welcome to the forum Sorry to read about your colleges thinking is comical to post photos of you on the internet. Have you put in a formal complaint to your managers In writing, if you have and they are not acting on it, maybe go higher to HR.
As it is not acceptable to be treated that way.0 -
Hello @gdhm
Welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear you are having such a stressful situation with work. I echo Sandy about putting in a formal complaint, or even having a chat with HR or your union beforehand. I also wanted to check in with you and ask if you are getting support with the sleep apnea?0
