hi i am trying to get a certificate ofentitlement for dissabled road tax

  Hi @whitto

  The Certificate of Entitlement to DLA or PIP should have been sent through automatically to you and you need to have changed the disability class on the V5 log book for your vehicle.

  
  If you have not received the Certificate of Entitlement then you need to follow it up with the DWP.
