pip telephone assessment re-arranged

My pip assessment was rearranged this morning after i admitted having a swig of vodka beforehand. I am claiming for long covid,diabetes type 2, mental health as well as alcohol and drug addiction. She said I'd get another appointment through the post but I'm really worried I've messed up my claim.
