Forgot to sign pip review form

Hi. Stupidly in my haste to get my form back on time after filling it out with a helper, thinking was all completed I had sent it off with out actually signing the form deceleration I was already late sending it back. Not sure what I’m to do now.

    They may return it to you asking you to sign it.

    @worrier247 Oh that is frustrating! As Poppy said, they may send it back and ask you to sign it.
