PIP and LCWCRA merging?

I hope I've got that bit right!
I get standard rate for daily living PIP and higher rate mobility. And LCWRA on top of standard universal credit. I'm sure I heard something about PIP and LCWRA being joined. Did look on the government website but wasn't really much the wiser. Does anyone understand what's going to happen please?

What you've heard up to now is the "white paper" potential changes. No one yet knows anything about what might happen and if it does nothing will change until at least 2029.
