Hi i have recieved  this morning a message from UC saying they owe me £293 from March to May payments as i have been awarded LWCRA I am a bit   confused as i thought lcwra is 390 per month but i have obviously not had this  amount my question is if recieve a private pension every month is this taken into account when calculating the lwcra payment and so will i get less lcwra if that makes sense
Or is this just extra payment fron UC and nothing to do with Lwcra
I was awarded lwcra in june
Any help appreciated

Hello @kateymatey. It mentions in the letter that the money is due to the change in your work allowance (the amount you can earn before UC make deductions for your earnings). So it's linked to your LCWRA but isn't back pay for LCWRA.

As an aside, I've edited your photo to remove your name and address.

Oh thankyou i didnt realize i had my address as well  So does that mean i wont be getting the total of 390 per month lwcra  itl be based on how much pension i recieve each month and money will be deducted from it
    Sorry to be so stupid

LCWRA is part of UC. Your pension that you receive will reduce your whole UC and not just part of it. Have you reported that you’re receiving a pension?

When the LCWRA starts from exactly will depend on what date you reported your health condition and what date you usually receive your money each month.
