I was wondering if students have to pay council tax my daughter is a full time university student living at home with me I'm with Birmingham City council they keep sending different amounts for my bill I have sent them the proof that she is a student but waiting to here from them.

Full time students are disregarded. If you are the only 2 adults living In house then you will be entitled to 25% single person discount. https://www.gov.uk/council-tax/discounts-for-full-time-students0
