Hi,
My son is getting married next year. He currently is receiving Income related ESA and is in the support group. He also gets PIP.
His fiance works part time and claims carers allowance for him.
Can anyone let me know how getting married will affect his benefit and their current financial situation.
Thank you 💕

Getting married is not a change of circumstances that will affect his ESA.
If they live together this is a change of circumstances that will affect his ESA.His PIP won’t be affected.0
