When it’s time for your review you will be sent forms to fill in and return. You should treat it as a new claim and make sure you fill in the forms with all the relevant information. You shouldn’t just put “no change” even if there’s been no change.

Another assessment is most likely because most people have them. When is your award due to end? 

It will say something like "we will contact you after June 2024." Going by many other threads people are being contacted about 8 months before their award is due to end.
