I have a question about my pip claim. I had my telephone assessment 16 days ago and today have received a letter saying they do not need anymore information from me to make a decision. Is this a good or a bad thing? And how long after i have received this letter should I expect a decision? Any advice would be much appreciated thank you

It's a standard letter and means nothing more than what it says. Timescales are up to about 12 weeks after the report was returned. There's no timescales after that letter.

Thank you poppy123456 for your reply I really appreciate it. So unfortunately the letter means nothing? I still just have to wait? Considering it's for people with health issues this procedure does nothing more than make things worse0

No, it doesn’t mean anything other than what it says. Yes unfortunately you just need to wait. There’s thousands of other people in the same boat as you.
Claiming benefits like this will always be a very stressful process.0
