Hi,
Apologies if this has already been asked! PIP review form if you add "no change" but with an explanation for each section. Do you still need to provide evidence from various healthcare providers. I have read so much and its over whelming - some say  yes you need to add extra information and provide evidence others say send "no change" and the form will get processed quicker. :(  I just want to get the form filled in soon!

    You should give as much information as if it was a first time claim, so ideally give a couple of recent, detailed examples as to the difficulty you face for each applicable descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, where, what happened, did anyone see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity?
    Say if you can do each applicable activity 'reliably,' i.e. safely, to an acceptable standard, repeat as often as one would reasonably expect, or if it takes you much longer than someone without a disability.
    The most important evidence, as I hope you see, is your own. If you have any new relevant info from a GP, consultant, physio or therapist, etc then by all means also send that. Just whatever you do, don't put 'no change' without a detailed explanation as this won't guarantee any quicker processing, & it's better to get it right first time!
