Do PIP always text you after they have made a decision on your claim?

Hi there
is this a new thing that PIP text you when they’ve awarded you PIP as I’ve never had one before and I’ve been awarded it about 4 times now.I get texts to say they’ve received my forms back but that’s it .

They've been sending them for probably more than a year. Award texts are only sent for new claims so because you've already got an award you wouldn't receive the text.
