HELP HELP

Seeing if anyone can help me. these past few weeks I have been in bed at 7pm until 2pm sometimes 15:30pm. So I got a appointment and the doctor give me a note saying ( chronic fatigue) related to diabetes). why would they put that on my doctors note when I’ve not been diagnosed with diabetes? my blood pressure is high. I’m confused
