Are you eligible for government grant for Boiler Upgrade if you are receiving DLA?

Hello @dshah1912. Was this the boiler upgrade scheme you're referring to? I can't see anything about DLA in the eligiblity criteria.
Money Saving Expert have a page on Government Housing & Energy Grants which may have more information or others that may be of help to you.

In or around 2014 I applied for a new gas boiler as my old one was just over 10 years old (home was built in 2003)
The main condition, apart from being over 10 years old was that I was claiming Guaranteed Pension Credit Luckily I had a claim started in 2013 for just a few £'s a week.
They fitted a new boiler etc which to this day works very well.
Cost? Nothing, they even cleaned up after the work etc.
A fantastic offer.  Not sure that this scheme is still ongoing.

No, DLA on its own doesn’t qualify you for a free boiler under the ECO4 scheme. You usually need to be on a means-tested benefit like Universal Credit or have a low household income. However, you might still qualify if other factors apply, like having children or living in a priority area. For the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), DLA isn’t required — it depends more on your property and heating system.
