Hello
My PIP form arrived with no date on the for when the form has to arrive back to the DWP by?
it’s on the most awful piece of paper. Like grey and doesn’t look well printed out.

You will need to contact them to ask. Usually it's about 1 month from when they sent it out to you. You can ask for extra time to return it and they will give a couple of extra weeks.

I’ll tell them I received it on the 12th and want up to 6 weeks to complete it due to my conditions.poppy123456 said:You will need to contact them to ask. DWP are trying to reduce their environmental impact. The paper is probably recycled and non-bleached. Same reason envelopes are all brown now. It's possible the toner they use doesn't take well to this paper. If you're concerned it's not genuine, then best to contact them and double check.
(Of course, it would be more environmentally friendly if it was all done online...

Even after the review form is sent, can I still send medical evidence thereafter?0

Yes anytime. However, if you can send everything when returning the form it's always better. Remember sending multiple pieces of the same evidence all saying the same thing isn't helpful. Less is often more.

It doesn't help that I've got to have a dispute with my GP practice about missing diagnoses on my summary record. I'm quite annoyed about that, as I don't want to include my psychiatrist letter because she got my risk wrong. I'm only being given scripts one week at a time at the moment.poppy123456 said:bluefox said:Even after the review form is sent, can I still send medical evidence thereafter?

PIP isn't about a diagnosis and never has been.

I'm glad you've said that because this time around I'm going to include every single symptom I have, including my OCD ones. I'm leaving this time with putting everything on paper that affects me.poppy123456 said:PIP isn't about a diagnosis and never has been.1 -
Which is what you should always do. Don't forget to also include those all important real world examples.

How do I explain I might be autistic, given no diagnosis but high suspicion?poppy123456 said:Which is what you should always do. Don't forget to also include those all important real world examples.0 -
Just explain how your conditions affect you by answering each question. Autism is a huge spectrum and each individual is affected quite differently so I can’t tell you exactly what to write.0

They said 30th September in a phone call for it to be returned. Do I have to factor in how long it may take the form to get there?0
-
Yes, plus the time it takes for the mail room to sort it and get it uploaded onto the system. It's best to post as early as you can.bluefox said:They said 30th September in a phone call for it to be returned. Do I have to factor in how long it may take the form to get there?0 -

When returning the form make sure you get proof of posting, which is free from any post office. Next day delivery isn't needed for returning anything to DWP.2
