I started getting fit notes on the 5th May 23. I got work capability assessment mid July. I got told on 31st July. I get my UC payment on the 13th of month. Does that help?

Your waiting period will be May/June, June/July, July/Aug.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 7th August to 6th September and first payment will be 13th Septemeber. No LCWRA element is owed.If you or a partner (if claiming with one) were recieving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance then you'll be owed some money for that.1
