Pip another letter to be sent

Evening
A friend of mine sent in a new pip form,   because his circumstances has changed, but he had another letter from the hospital, what address does he send it to.
I was wondering if anyone knows

    He will need to send it to the same address as the PIP form was returned to. He should have kept a copy of the form he sent for himself and it will tell him on there. If he didn't keep a copy then he will need to contact PIP because all areas have different addresses.
