Afternoon
Thanks to you all for your support with my stupid questions well I had the appeal done.
Which made my anxiety so bad, but I got through it.
They did award me in the end, because I couldn't go through that again (stammered so much and kept going blank) but that's me.
What I want to ask it it when the appeal time started or it it when I sent the papers in, I was to scared too ask?
Thanks Elaine

Hi @mills470 - great to read your PIP appeal was successful. Your award, as it was made by the Tribunal, is current from the date of your appeal. It can take up to 8 weeks to receive your money, which will be backdated to when you started your claim. You should get a decision letter from HMCTS, & then hear from the DWP just asking routine questions like have you been in hospital/prison before payment is made.
