Mental health support groups

I hope you are all well.

Could I ask if anyone knows of any support groups online for those who are suffering from anxiety and depression?

    You can ask your doctor to refer you to mental health team to help you.

    Hi @life, thank you for responding. They have already referred me to therapy, so just waiting for that. I was wondering if there were any other support group type things. Like wellbeing groups online.

    I would look at Mind. They have a peer support group called Side by Side and they also are able to help source local groups if you wanted to speak in person. I hope it helps :)

    Hello @sunshine23. I am well thank you. How are you at the moment?

    There are quite a few online support groups for people suffering from anxiety and depression.

    I will separate these into (1) anxiety and (2) depression to, hopefully, make it more accessible. Here they are:

    Anxiety


    Depression
