Good morning,so I have been awarded lcwra from 10 January relevant period to April 10 2023 during the relevant period am I entitled to my work allowance

Yes if you or a partner were receiving earnings then the work allowance applies from the assessment period in which you reported your health condition. (If you didn’t previously have it)If no earnings were received then no money will be owed for this. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/universal-credit-work-allowances/universal-credit-work-allowances1
