Pip awarded

in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA
I got a text Wednesday at 8.04 saying I had been awarded pip, thank god after 4 attempts so relieved but was wondering how long back pay takes to I know around when to expect it thanks

    Good news. Any money owed will be paid into your bank in 3-5 working days after payment was sent. If you want to know when to expect it and what you've been awarded you can contact PIP to ask and they will tell you.

    If you do get refused pip is there a timeliness before you can try again

    No there isn’t but starting a new claim using the same evidence you previously used could see another refusal. 

    It’s always better to challenge that decision by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put that request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. 

    If the decision doesn’t change you can then proceed to Tribunal where the chances of success are so much higher… 70%+ chance of success.
